ALABAMA HUNTING CLUB

Our club has been in existence for eight years and was started with a very specific purpose.  That is: “To have a hunting club made up ONLY of Christians who desire to use the land as a tool for spending time with loved ones and those who need to be influenced toward Christ.”  Of course, the reason you join a hunting club is to HUNT, but the point to all of our lives is to bring others to a right relationship with the Lord!  Spending time in a tree stand is great for one’s prayer life.  And time in a shooting house is great for bible study.

The Christian Creek Hunting Club is in Greenville, Alabama, and encompasses 1,500 acres.  It has two creeks that run through it.  Planted pines make up a large portion of the land, but there is an abundance of creek bottoms and drainages.  These protected waterways are flanked by wonderful groves of red and white oaks, as well as persimmon trees and in various food plots we have planted Sawtooth Oaks and Chestnut trees that will produce mast crops in the next few years.  Corn feeders are used during the off season to supplement the vast forage diet that the wildlife enjoy.  We have 20 food plots.  Most are hunted from ladder stands, and five are hunted from shooting houses.
